Our association is organized in a anti-hierarchical way and we formed working committees for every member to be a part of deciding, planning and carrying out organization activities. Within the Association of Visually Impaired in Education, we have nine working committees. Those nine working committees are called Informatics Committee, Law Committee, Communication, Operation and Awareness Committee, Fundraising Committee, Teaching and Hiring Committee, Project Committee, Art Committee and International Business Committee. Those committees are functioning under Working Committees Command. Every committee has a General Manager. That person is responsible for following the committee’s activities. Board of Management is responsible for applying and coordinating the decisions. Board of Management cannot interfere with committees’ work.
